Expenses
- AI-powered scanning of receipts that extracts data to correct fields
- Snap a picture, or upload receipt files using your phone, including for purchases made in another application
- Integrates with Marathon’s accounting module for automated journal entries
- Detects and warns the user of a duplicate when the submitted receipt has been entered before

Approval
- Manage approval of employee expenses and supplier invoices from desktop or mobile
- The approver is alerted for potential duplicate receipts, and when receipt data is scored as “low-confidence”
- For supplier invoices, either Final approval or Pre-approval is suggested based on the user’s previous choice on the same supplier
- Fully integrated with Marathon for approval settings and approver chains
