Kalender-integration för Marathon

KASE Technologies erbjuder Marathon, ett heltäckande affärssystem (ERP) med kraftfulla funktioner för att hantera det mesta inom ekonomi, projekt och media. En av de användarnära applikationerna är Engage, en applikation baserad på webbteknik som ger ett användarvänligt gränssnitt för att komma åt och arbeta med data i Marathon. För att förbättra användarupplevelsen och erbjuda ytterligare funktionalitet erbjuder KASE Technologies en valfri kalenderintegrering som gör att användare automatiskt kan synkronisera sin kalenderdata med Marathon Engage.

Användarvillkor

Villkor för kalenderintegrationen

Kalenderintegrationen är en kostnadsfri och valfri funktion i produkten Marathon Engage som kan aktiveras av varje enskild användare. Genom att använda kalenderintegrationen godkänner du följande villkor.

1. Du ansvarar för att säkerställa att du har nödvändiga behörigheter till de kalenderdata som du väljer att integrera med Marathon.
2. KASE Technologies ansvarar inte för problem som uppstår vid användning av kalenderintegrationen, inklusive men inte begränsat till saknade kalenderposter, synkroniseringsfel eller obehörig åtkomst till kalendermetadata.
3. KASE Technologies förbehåller sig rätten att när som helst ändra eller avveckla kalenderintegrationsfunktionen efter att i förväg ha lämnat meddelande om detta.
4. Genom att använda kalenderintegrationen bekräftar du att KASE Technologies kan samla in och behandla kalenderdata i syfte att tillhandahålla och förbättra integrationen, i enlighet med vår Integritetspolicy.
5. Du ansvarar för att säkerställa att din användning av kalenderintegrationen följer alla tillämpliga lagar och förordningar, inklusive dataskydds- och integritetslagstiftning.
6. KASE Technologies kan uppdatera dessa villkor, och det är ditt ansvar att regelbundet granska dem. Fortsatt användning av kalenderintegrationen efter sådana ändringar innebär att du accepterar de nya villkoren.
7. Om du inte godkänner dessa villkor ska du inte använda den valfria kalenderintegrationsfunktionen.

Privacy Policy

The use of the calendar integration feature is subject to the terms outlined in our general Privacy Policy and in your individual customer agreements. This section outlines the specific terms related to the calendar integration feature, in addition to the general terms outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using the calendar integration, you acknowledge and agree to the collection and use of your calendar data as described in this section and in our general Privacy Policy.

Calendar Integration Data Collection and Use

When you use the calendar integration feature, we may collect certain information from your calendar service, including but not limited to calendar names, event titles, dates, times, locations, meeting links, and descriptions. This applies to the service you choose to connect, and will be read from your Google user data, or from your Microsoft Graph data, depending on the service you choose to connect. This information is used solely for the purpose of providing and improving the calendar integration feature and is not shared with third parties except as necessary to provide the service or as required by law. The calendars and events will be displayed within the Marathon Engage application, to allow users to view, join, track, and make time reports of their calendar events directly within Engage.

Your calendar data will not be used to track or target you with advertisements, nor will we use your calendar data to train any LLM or other AI models, and we do not sell your calendar data to third parties. The extent to which third parties are involved in the processing of your calendar data is limited to the necessary interactions with the calendar service providers (Google and Microsoft) to retrieve your calendar data, and any third-party service providers that we may use to serve or store your data at rest, all of which are contractually obligated to handle your data in accordance with our privacy standards and applicable data protection laws. The storage at rest of your calendar data is kept adjacent to the rest of your data in Marathon. As such, the calendar data is subject to the same security measures and controls as described in your company's customer agreement, and hosted on the same infrastructure managed by us, you, or a third-party provider, depending on your specific setup and agreement with us.

Confidentiality of Events

If the calendar or event data contains sensitive or confidential information, you are responsible for ensuring that appropriate measures are taken to protect this information. KASE Technologies will treat all calendar data with reasonable confidentiality and has implemented security measures to attempt to protect it from unauthorized access or disclosure. This includes implementing access controls, encryption, and other security measures to protect your calendar data from unauthorized access. All data, including calendar data, is transmitted securely using encryption protocols such as TLS to protect it from interception.

In the cases where the calendar service support marking events as confidential, KASE Technologies will not store details of these events and will only use the metadata necessary to minimally provide the calendar integration functionality for these events - without storing nor displaying many of the details of the events.

Data Retention

We retain calendar data for as long as necessary to provide the calendar integration feature and to comply with our legal obligations. If you choose to disable or disconnect the calendar integration, we will delete your calendar data from our systems within a reasonable timeframe, unless we are required to retain it for legal reasons. Disconnecting the calendar service or disabling the synchronization on a per-calendar basis is available to users at any time from your profile settings within the Engage application.
